منتجع "ثول" الخاص، هو الوجهة الثالثة التي تطورها شركة "البحر الأحمر الدولية"، كما يعتبر أول مشروع تمتلكه وتشغله الشركة من قبل فريقها الخاص. يمثل منتجع "ثول" الخاص وجهة حصرية لا نظير لها، بوجوده على جزيرة ساحرة وسط مياه البحر الأحمر الصافية على الساحل الغربي للمملكة العربية السعودية.

يمثّل منتجع "ثول" الخاص وجهة حصرية ذات طابع شخصي حيث تبلغ مساحتها 17 ألف متر مربع في أرخبيلٍ مرجاني مذهل على ساحل البحر الأحمر، وتتجلّى فيها المناظر الطبيعية الخلاّبة بلمسات مصممة معمارياً بشكل فريد. ويضم المنتجع الواقع في الجزيرة فيلا رئيسية مكونة من 3 غرف نوم بمساحات واسعة، بالإضافة لـ 3 أجنحة من غرفة نوم واحدة لكل جناح، والتي يمكنها استضافة ما يصل إلى 12 ضيفًا. تم تصميم كل فيلا بصالات خارجية واسعة توفر إطلالات ساحرة على البحر الأحمر. تضمن خدمات المساعد الشخصي، والطهاة الخاصين، تجربة حصرية لا تُنسى للزوار.

was established in 2018 as a closed joint stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia to drive the development of The Red Sea Project, a regenerative tourism destination along Saudi Arabia’s west coast, and one of three giga-projects announced by HRH Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud in 2017.

A Principled Approach
We are developing a regulatory framework that comprises innovative policies and strategies to facilitate our ambitious sustainability and regeneration commitments. This includes the regulation of fisheries, removal of invasive species in the area, conservation zones and the expansion of green and blue habitats to encourage regeneration and carbon sequestration.

Objectives & Requirements
The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC), in collaboration with the University of Tabuk’s College of Hospitality & Tourism in Al Wajh, has launched The Red Sea Hospitality Pioneers program to train and employ local talent in the tourism and hospitality sector. The program will last for two years and three months, after which students will obtain an intermediate diploma from Tabuk University accredited by Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
